"The premise behind constant flux is to simulate growth and change within the gallery. Over a month long period, artists will be given virtually unrestricted access to art effect gallery in order to bring their individual works and spaces to fruition. During that time, the artists are at liberty to add to, take away from, or otherwise alter the gallery space."
